Youth Conditioning Programs for all ages

Ready to be a Champion

 Youth Sport Conditioning will teach young athletes the foundational components of athleticism through a fun, dynamic and motivating training environment. Youth between the ages of 8 and 11 are at a peak stage for nervous system development. This means that most of their body awareness, coordination, movement mechanics and balance will be developed by the age of 12, making it a critical time for young athletes to train. The programs we build will focus on developing movement, balance, agility, quickness, core stability, posture, reaction speed and strength as well endurance and explosiveness through fun and challenging drills and work outs. One on One and Team Instruction

Ready to really step up your game we offer 1 on 1 sessions designed specifically towards your fitness goals. Speed, agility, explosive first step. Perhaps the goal is strength. We offer progressive weight lifting and endurance training as well. Also if you have a team, we have the knowledge and facility to accommodate your needs and can build a plan to get you in the championship game consistently

 While each individual and team is unique and their fitness goals are as well please contact us  with your goals and we will  put together a competitive package that meets your fitness goals and financial needs as well. 


Youth Conditioning Schedule

          Open sports conditioning is an open class for youth of all ages to come and get in a great work out designed to increase  speed, agility, core strength and over all athletic performance. Come by and check out your first class on us and see how we can  help you achieve your athletic goals.  Only $10 per kid, per class.

Tuesday: Open Sports Conditioning 6-7pm

Friday: Open Sports Conditioning 6-7pm

 After school conditioning and work out programs. We offer fun, exciting and energetic after school programs. These classes  provide an opportunity for school age children to get a work out in while getting home work done and staying fit all at the same  time. 

After school programs are from 3 to 530pm daily, Monday through Friday. For only $100 per child per month!
